Alexander first started working with computers professionally back in 2012, when he started as a technician for a small computer repair shop. Since then, he’s worked help desk and Tier One tech positions for large multinational corporations, and most recently as a System Administrator for hospitals and clinics in the Tampa Bay area. Alexander recently finished his degree in Comp Sci at the University of South Florida, and currently serves in the US Marine Corps Reserves. In his spare time he enjoys painting and practicing guitar.
Learning about computers at a young age from his father, Nic has a lifelong interest in the IT realm. Nic began professionally working with computers and networks in 2013 during his service in the USAF as a Network Administrator. He then translated his skills to work for a local startup tech company as their Digital Media Intern. Using his skills gained during the 8 month internship, he was offered a position at a global tech distributor as a Tier 1 Help Desk Associate. Currently, he is studying to earn his degree at HCC for Network Administration with a focus on security. Full of integrity and patience, he takes joy in making connections with clients; Nic is always happy to assist others and strives for outstanding client satisfaction. Outside the technology world, Nic spends most of his time acting at local community theaters in Tampa or being part of short films across Florida.
